Lost a rental property because the agent was dis honest and decided he didn't want to work any more that day and decided to go home early. With less than an hours notice. Poor form, thanks for nothing, will never use your real estate agency again.
I have been a tenant with Carpenter's for six months. I have found they respond quickly to queries or maintenance requests, will work to negotiate amenable options when issues arise, and are actively on top of rental inspections. I would, and have, recommended their rental team to other landlords in the area.
